Maria Elena Bello was born on the 18th of April 1967. She is an American actress and producer. On television, Bello appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico on the medical drama ER (1997-1998) as well as various other roles as a star, including Lucy Robbins on the series Touch in 2013. She also starred as Michelle McBride on the first season of the series Goliath in 2016, and from 2017 until 2021 as the Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane on the NCIS series. NCIS. Bello was the child of Kathy Bello (a teacher and school nurse) and Joe Bello (a contractor). She was born in Norristown on April 18, 1967. Her field of study was political sciences at Villanova University. Bello developed her acting skills through a variety of New York theater productions following graduation. Bello together with Dan McDermott is the proud mother of Jackson. In November 2013 Bello wrote about having a same-sex relationship with her then-partner, Clare Munn. The book she published was titled Whatever...Love Is love: Questioning the labels we assign to ourselves (Dey Street Books April 28 in 2015).
