Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Ball was born November 24, 1981. She is an American political commentator. She was previously a political candidate, and also an anchor on television at MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and former co-host of the show The Hill's Rising along with Saagar Enjeti. In the month of May, 2021 Ball and Enjeti announced that they were leaving the show in order to launch their own project titled Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is a cohost on Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has made guest appearances on networks like CNN, CNBC, Fox News and shows like Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball is currently engaged to Jonathan Dariyanani, as of 2020. Ball is able to attribute her enthusiasm for politics to having a mother during 2008's primaries. Also, she watched the US election outcome while in Jordan. She was able to see the impact that it had on people in her country and developed an appreciation for the worldwide impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was nominated by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District in the election of 2010. But she was defeated by Rob Wittman. From June 2012 to July 2015, she was host of the MSNBC show The Cycle. In May 2017, she founded the People's House Project, a political action group working for Democratic causes.
