Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki (American political advisor) was the 34th White House secretary. She served this role from 2021-2022. A member of the Democratic Party, Psaki was previously the White House deputy secretary (2009), White House deputy director of communications (2009-2011) as well as spokesperson for the United States Department of State 2013-2015, and White House communications Director (2015-2017). Psaki was a contributor to political campaigns for CNN from 2017 through 2020. Psaki began her professional career in 2001 by working on the re-election campaigns for Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki was then appointed deputy press secretary to John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Psaki worked as the director of communications to Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and also as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki returned in 2012 for political communications serving as the press secretary of President Obama’s 2012 campaign for reelection. 20 years ago, Psaki was appointed spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11 2013. [20] It was speculated that Psaki would be replacing Jay Carney as White House Press Secretary.[21But, Josh Earnest was announced to replace Carney on May 30th, 2014. She was appointed communications director in the White House and continued to do so until the end in 2015.
